Which apps, websites or programs help you run your business?

(This post first appeared on Quora Germany.)
Which apps for companies is always an interesting question. Of course it often comes down to the entrepreneur’s own preferences. So the question is always best answered with an individual list of the apps you use yourself.
We use
for development:
Git GUI for Windows, Mac & Linux | GitKraken
Jira | Issue and project tracking software | Atlassian
for marketing / customer success / sales:
Customer Messaging Platform | Intercom
Marketing Automation – Sell More Stuff | MailChimp
Chargebee: Subscription Billing & Recurring Payments Software
A small, cool tool we simply cannot do without: LICEcap Cockos Incorporated | LICEcap – very easy for creating GIFs.
and in general:
G Suite – Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar and More for Business
Slack: Simply work together
Secure File Sharing, Storage, and Collaboration | Box
Finance
For finance we have the following set-up, as we are at an early stage:
Our accounting is handled entirely by an external tax advisor. In our view (and we have 20 years of experience here) still the most efficient solution up to a certain size.
For the hugely important cash flow management we use our own product: Commitly. It gives us an up-to-date overview of our accounts and our cash flow at all times, and it reflects our business plan. And in our view, running a company simply does not work without a cash flow planning app!
