IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Within the optional features "COMMITLY account" or "COMMITLY card", Commitly GmbH (Commitly) provides the customer with technical payment services through the external electronic money institution Swan SAS, 95 Avenue du Président Wilson, 93100 Montreuil, France.
Swan is an electronic money institution authorised by the French financial supervisory authority (ACPR), registration number 86245. Opening the account, assigning the IBAN, processing payments (SEPA) and KYC identification are performed by Swan.
Commitly acts as a technical intermediary in this and does not itself offer payment services. The customer acknowledges that, within these services, they also enter into a direct contractual relationship with Swan over which Commitly has no influence.
Opening a business account requires agreement to Swan's general terms and conditions.
